Integration Developer

The Integration Developer is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting internal collaboration tools and services, user orchestration, web-services, as required by the IT department and organization. In this role, you will report to the IT Systems Manager.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Configure, troubleshoot, support and backup cloud and limited on premise resources used by the organization, including not but limited to internal and public websites

Research, identify, and inform staff, peers, and department leaders of cost-effective, relevant technology trends or solutions that provide competitive advantages or increase productivity

Act as a liaison and escalation resource for collaboration systems and services

Migrate, secure, maintain, and automate accounts by manipulating data from a variety of systems

Maintain and support employee orchestration, single sign-on, and account provisioning

Maintain and support Workday integrations with third party vendors

Implement, support, and maintain web-based services and security certificates

Attain goals as outlined in annual performance evaluations

Perform regularly scheduled on-call duties as required, including disaster recovery

Perform all other duties and projects as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Excellent computer, typing, and technical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving performance while working under pressure

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra

Familiar with security best practices and implementation

Comfortable with rapid growth and change

Willingness to mentor peers and foster learning

Willingness to work in an open-office environment with an upbeat culture

Must be able to relate cooperatively and constructively with clients and co-workers and effectively monitor and develop the abilities of subordinates


Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field; or six years of equivalent work experience

Demonstrated experience with scripting languages inc. bash, PowerShell, Python

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL, Postgres, MySQL

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 / salary
