Join Our Team as an Integration Developer. Be part of the HCM Replacement Project, leading critical integrations for transitioning applications and processes to Workday (WD). This role involves leveraging advanced integration tools and platforms to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage application integrations to ensure efficient connectivity with Workday (WD).Migrate existing integrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality results.Design, test, and implement integration solutions using tools such as BizTalk, MuleSoft, and ActiveBatch.Utilize Jira and Azure to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Automate deployment processes with Octopus and Terraform for efficient, scalable solutions.Work with security and backup tools such as Cohesity, FortKnox, and Qualys to ensure data integrity and compliance.Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.Develop and implement full-stack programming solutions, ensuring compatibility and efficiency in integrations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Integration Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in enterprise integration tools.Hands-on knowledge of BizTalk, MuleSoft, ActiveBatch, and Octopus.Familiarity with Terraform, Cohesity, FortKnox, and Qualys for deployment, backup, and security processes.Proficiency with task management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.Experience with HCM systems or Workday integrations is highly desirable.Strong full-stack programming capabilities to support integration development and enhancement.Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
