Responsibilities:
Monitor, solve, and prevent technical issues to ensure optimal client experience.
Integrate Infobip’s platform with MNOs/MVNOs and MNP/DND databases.
Create and test new connections (SMPP, HTTP, SS7, Enum, HLR, Lookup) with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze, create, and maintain networks within Infobip infrastructure for complete and accurate coverage.
Analyze, create, and maintain routes to ensure proper traffic separation and routing.
Integrate, implement, configure, and maintain Mobile Network Portability and Do Not Disturb databases.
Communicate with SCCP providers to enhance service quality.
Perform technical analysis to resolve billing disputes and monitor/remap error codes.
Qualifications:
Experience in troubleshooting technical problems and basic knowledge of computer networks; knowledge of HTTP and Internet technologies is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
Analytical approach to solving technical problems in dynamic environments.
Good knowledge of querying languages and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with colleagues
