Follow and provide improvements to all integration processes and services
Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear
Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools
Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable
Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support
Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues
Collaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications
Ensure efficiency by automating manual activities
Continually evaluate tools and technologies
Mentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed
