Integration Engineer

                  

Are you an experienced software engineer with a passion for system integrations? Do you enjoy building scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions? We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating integrations that drive RTL’s revenue streams.

Your Role:  Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and maintainable system integrations. Take full end-to-end ownership of integrations and applications developed by your team. Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Domain Architects in an autonomous, cross-functional team. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead and participate in solution design efforts, ensuring high performance and scalability. Implement automated testing and monitoring for integration services. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality source code and change control. Identify opportunities to improve capabilities, performance, and eliminate technical debt. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues proactively. Your Profile Minimum 2 years of IT experience with a strong programming background. At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, with a willingness to transition into integration development, with exposure to different integration platforms, including MuleSoft (willingness to learn MuleSoft is a plus). Strong understanding of various integration patterns – API-led, event-driven, and pub-sub architectures. Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions securely. Broad knowledge of CI/CD tools and technologies. Experience in building and managing pipelines is a plus. Experience in data visualization tools such as ELK, Grafana, etc. Exposure to Salesforce integrations is a big plus.
