We are looking for a skilled and experienced Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, enabling seamless integration between systems, and ensuring data availability and accuracy. With a strong background in data engineering, cloud platforms, and integration tools, you will play a pivotal role in building robust data infrastructure that supports business operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines that support analytics, operational reporting, and real-time data needs.

Enterprise Data Integration

Build and manage seamless integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Workato and SnapLogic, connecting systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and cloud data platforms.

ETL/ELT Implementation

Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows to extract, transform, and load data into modern cloud data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.

Data Modeling & Architecture

Collaborate with data teams to design and implement high-quality, scalable data models that support reporting, analytics, and business operations.

Data Governance & Compliance

Ensure integration solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR and SOC 2 where applicable.

Monitoring & Optimization

Proactively monitor integration workflows for performance and reliability; optimize for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a key liaison between engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders, translating integration needs into technical solutions. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in data integrations and enterprise automation
Hands-on expertise with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato (required), and SnapLogic Proven success developing and managing integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Marketo, Jira, and Coupa Strong understanding of API design, CI/CD pipelines, and modern data architectures Proficient in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and transformation Experience working in cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve integration issues across systems Familiarity with error handling, logging, and alerting best practices for integration workflows. Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Groovy, or Ruby is required for integration work. Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and managing integration code repositories Strong skills in documenting integration workflows, data flows, and system dependencies Comfortable working in agile environments, using tools like Jira for sprint planning and task management Bonus: Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and best practices for scalable data architecture Bonus: Familiarity with Python or Java for building and automating data workflows Bonus: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
