The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking Integration Lead to join the team in one of the locations at El Segundo, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops and implements manufacturing processes.

Provides concurrent engineering support.

Refines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.

Reviews and approves technical documents.

Analyzes program indicators and develops projected manpower forecast.

Assists with the submittal and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.

Leads projects and participates in technical review on proposed projects.

Serves as primary interface with internal customers.

Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization.

Compiles and provides management status reports for program activity,

corrective/preventative action.

This position is 100% onsite

This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

Experience with completing projects on schedule and within budget

2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment.

Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction.

2+ years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Previous experience working in Aerospace.

Experience managing programs/ projects.

Experience working in a Union environment.

Experience reading manufacturing blueprints, electrical schematics.

2+ years of experience analyzing and documenting systems, applications and processes.

Experience leading a team.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $85,000 – $115,000
