Your Role You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on various product issues, and contribute to projects. Also, you will be responsible for handling difficult, complex tasks that will be delegated to you by support agents. You will be involved in the improvement of the existing workflows/processes and defining the next steps for improvements together with technical teams and management. Your Responsibilities Develops together with management work plans, set priorities and provide technical expertise to Operations for efficiency and effectiveness. Provides consultation to business area management and staff at the highest technical level for all aspects of Operations service.Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all tangible problems and concerns.Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes.Develop performance measures to identify the success of efforts. Act as a liaison between customers and other IT departments if need be. For example, escalation on tickets, projects, or requirements that needs to be resolved in timely manner and require coordination/communication.Enforce policy and procedures defined by the management team.Implements the programs and objectives that were set by the higher management.Keeps management informed of division activities and makes recommendations on critical issues. Undertakes and participates in development activities in conjunction with the other IT departments.Supervises the Operations by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support including training on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.Conduct regular team meetings.Provides coaching and recommends training and developmental activities that encourage cross-training to improve performance. Your Skills and Experiences Ability to discover the problem of the\r\n customer, partner, stakeholder with an investigative natureHigh interest in solving problems\r\n properly using existing / new technologies while staying very focusedKeen\r\n attention to detail with demonstrated ability to understand the big\r\n pictureProactive,\r\n efficient, customer-focused and able to work under pressure with tight\r\n timelinesEffectively\r\n and efficiently manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with\r\n minimal supervisionAbility to interact with different\r\n countries, cultures, and clients (internal and external)At least 3 years of practical\r\n operational/support or development experienceGood communication/presentation skillsExcellent English language skills, both\r\n written and spokenExperience in logistics-/ transport\r\n business is preferred.
