Application Requirements What you need to succeed We are seeking to build a team of Integration Managers based in Lithuania who will enable us to grow as part of an international team. You will be involved in diverse projects, of varying complexity where you will have the opportunity to travel for the different phases of the projects within the EMEA region. As an Integration Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: ▪ You will oversee system and acceptance specifications in the Sales and Design phase and provide valuable input in the design and risk reviews, as well as providing estimations of Integration Management efforts. ▪ You will be involved in System Specifications in the realisation phase of the projects, by producing overall system test specifications, and obtaining customers’ formal approval. ▪ You will oversee the detailed engineering phase from an overall system design viewpoint and participate in WMS and subsystem FATs. ▪ You will plan onsite integration activities as well as coordinate and perform site integration activities and acceptance procedures for projects within the EMEA region. ▪ You will review and analyse system performance ramp up to FAC level and define improvement measures needed to fulfil our contract obligations. ▪ You will contribute to a safe work environment by following internal routines and procedures for Health, Safety and Environment. ▪ You will also continuously provide input and raise improvements based on lessons learned to share the knowledge within our company.
