An Acquisition Integration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition and integration of companies during mergers and acquisitions. Door Systems is part of the Entrance Systems Division of ASSA ABLOY in North America.

Responsibilities:
Integration Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with integration goals. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the integration process. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related activities. Communicate effectively with senior executives, team members, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on integration progress and challenges. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Address any cultural or operational challenges that arise during integration. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the integration. Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Report on integration performance to senior management.
