Summary: Seeking an Integration Manager with expertise in defect management and process transfer technology for the semiconductor industry.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in defect engineering or quality management within the semiconductor industry

Direct experience with defect metrology tools (Brightfield, Darkfield, Low Angle Laser Scattering)

Familiarity with detection tools (SEM review, EDX)

Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA)

Preferred Skills:

Analog semiconductor experience

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams to improve yield on production lines

Manage communication between customers and vendors

Focus on existing processes rather than developing new technology

Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
