Integration Manager
Job Description Insight Global is hiring an Integration Manager focused on Device Engineering for a leading Semiconductor company in San Antonio, Texas. The Integration Manager will manage a group of engineers supporting sustaining, yield improvement activities, process transfer, and development in a high-volume manufacturing fab. We are looking for a qualified candidate who is self-motivated, have strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering problems. Prior experience with process flow setup and integration, device targeting, yield improvement, team leadership, and failure analysis is desired. The Integration Manager will be an adaptable, detail oriented practical thinker and problem solver who is a quick learner and who has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Day-To-Day: - Own the process flows assigned and establish the direction for improvements, sustaining, and overall operation. - Work closely with process and integration engineers to improve process metrics, such as SPC, yield, parametrics, and defects, as well as to achieve first-pass success of technology transfers. - Provide root cause investigations of discrepant material. Implement yield and defect improvement projects. -Troubleshoot process and tool excursions. - Develop new semiconductor manufacturing processes using design of experiments (DOE). Skills and Requirements - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mat Sci, Chemical Engineering or related fields. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication tools, methods, and integrated process flows. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
