What part will you play?
Take over responsibility for the overall integration project and be accountable for achievement of the strategic goals of the Integration ConceptCoordinate and manage integration priorities internally and with the management team of our target companySteer all integration activities with the support of the Integration Project Management Office (PMO) to successfully achieve the specific project integration goals and objectivesSecure thorough integration milestone preparation and execution in all integration work streams; spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issuesPrepare Steering Committee with the BU Management, lead through it with a strategic focus and follow up on action itemsDrive and ensure timely communication to all relevant internal stakeholders and build up interfaces within the global Business Unit and, if required, with our countriesSupport the cultural integration and transformation of the company’s employees into the Siemens organization based on the culture of our target companyAct as the leadership role model for Siemens leaders; continually refine best practices for an integrationSupport (and if needed drive) business critical topics with management team of our target company (legal, processes, ERP, real estate) based on domain/regional knowledgeIf necessary, offer mentoring to the managers of the target companyAs interim CFO of the holding company you govern, coordinate, manage and monitor all activities with all stakeholders within Siemens to close down the company and ensure an effective risk management and internal control systemYour skills and experience.Master’s degree or higher education in engineering or business administrationStrong experience in executive management positions (e.g. CFO/CEO of a legal entity)Strong hands-on experience with multiple integration or divestment of companies an advantageExperience with assurance and risk control systems to ensure entity compliance to corporate rules/regulationsInterpersonal experience, team-oriented and proven experience building relationshipsIntercultural experience and used to cross-border business transactions Experience in communicating and acting as an advisor/consultant to senior leadership and partnersDemonstrate business acumen by understanding end-to-end business processesEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resultsExcellent communication skills and customer-oriented work styleGood knowledge of the inverter industry and Northern European business cultureProficient in German and English, Spanish is an advantageAbility and willingness to travel (domestic and international)
