Job Description

The role of SAP PI/CPI Basis Administrator you will contribute to integral and seamless functioning of essential business operations and uphold the efficiency and reliability of our products and services. 

Tasks:

Ensure the smooth operation of our global SAP PI platforms through daily tasks (e.g., system monitoring).Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot SAP Integration Suite / SAP PI (PI 7.5 Java-only) issues.Support existing and ongoing integration scenarios.Coordinate SAP Integration Suite / SAP PI operations with internal service providers and stakeholders.Participate in 24x7 on-call support.Identify and implement potential process improvements.Apply ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Work on SAP Cloud Foundry, NEO Integration Suite environments, SAP Integration Suite on-premise, and SAP PI / PO systems

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills and Experiences:

Experience with end-to-end implementation and building custom iFlows.Strong working knowledge of standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors, etc.).Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite User Management and Authorization concepts.Skilled in troubleshooting, including tracing and debugging integration scenarios/iFlows.Ability to analyze traces and logs within SAP PI environments.Preferred experience with security concepts such as SSL and PGP encryption.Good knowledge of certificate handling and system parameterization.Experience with full lifecycle implementations and complex integrations involving SAP and non-SAP systems.Hands-on experience with message and integration monitoring.Experience working in Unix environments is preferable.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in integrating SAP systems with other third-party applications and platformsFamiliarity with cloud-based integration solutions and their implementation in SAP environments.Experience in working in Unix environments is preferable.Knowledge of Java 8 and higher and scripting languages as Groovy and Python
