Position Summary:
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the integration of new assets or companies into the organization. This includes ensuring that various teams, systems, and processes are quickly and seamlessly combined and with minimal business disruption. This role involves planning, execution, and delivery of system and process integration, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. The Integration Project Manager will lead the coordination of cross functional resources and timelines, to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and achieve desired deal driver outcomes.
Essential Functions:
Project Management & Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.Track and report on project progress to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and success metrics.Instill project management discipline cross functionallyDrive business stakeholders to align with guiding principlesStakeholder Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., business units, IT teams).Build strong relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and resolution of issues.Integration Strategy and Execution:Work with the Sr. Director of Integration to develop integration strategies and then align various systems and processes, based on that strategy with minimal disruptionWork closely with IT Partners on the technical implementation of integration solutions.Process Improvement:Recommend and implement process improvements for future integration projects.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of integration best practices, tools, and technologies.Conduct post-project evaluations and feedback sessions to identify lessons learned and areas for process improvement.Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Qualifications:
Experience:2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in integration-related projects.Certifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Skills:Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, experience in Smartsheets and Miro, a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailSelf-starterAdvanced critical thinking and problems-solving skillsModerate travel may be required depending on scope acquisitionsAdditional Information:
