Job Purpose and Summary

We are looking for a conscientious and engaged individual with proven technical skills to join our Delivery team within the Professional Services department. The position, based in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, is available immediately or at a date to be agreed upon.

As a Solution Architect, your mission will be to ensure technological watch on cutting-edge knowledge and implement new solutions in the field of information management. Whether through the variety of solutions offered or the impressive client portfolio, Canon guarantees you a diverse work environment to satisfy your thirst for knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, and adapting business-oriented software solutions. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and pre-sales teams. Together, you will bring innovative solutions to life that can significantly improve our clients' daily lives.

For this position, we are looking for someone with good experience in software implementation as well as technical consulting and end-user training. Open and communicative by nature, you are able to actively collaborate with all project stakeholders. Your analytical mind allows you to diagnose and solve technical problems effectively. In your work, you are autonomous and structured, you demonstrate creative and interconnected thinking. Finally, you are not afraid to make decisions and can withstand pressure.

You will need

Several years of professional experience in the same or a similar positionGood understanding of ERP systems and business applications in generalExperience with client-server in the Microsoft environmentExperience using and servicing AZUREExcellent knowledge and experience in SQLGood knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, VB Script, possibly PowerShellKnowledge of object-oriented programming with C#.Knowledge in developing interfaces with Web APIs (Rest, Soap, or similar).Knowledge in data representation with XML, JSON.Very good knowledge of French (spoken and written) and English, German is a plus.
