Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities: * Integration Specialist will work closely with all internal and external constituents to successfully onboard the Financial Advisors (and team) * Become expert in our account opening process, contact management, advisory platform, account transfer forms to maximize the FA and client satisfaction * Pre-plan for on-site visit with assigned Transition Consultant, Financial Advisor and their teams for readiness and preparation to maximize account transfer process unique to FA's book of business * As an Integration Specialist, you will follow our proven processes for consistency in the FA and client onboarding experience * Assist in the platform training to FAs and their staff so they can become proficient and self-sufficient with our technology * Maintain and monitor transition tracking and reporting metrics daily
