How do you excel in this position\n
The Integration Specialist- Pro Sound is responsible for installation and service of Pro AV and Paging Systems, ensuring that audio-visual and paging systems are installed correctly and smoothly to meet client needs and our high standards. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates technical knowledge, can troubleshoot technical issues and the drive to learn and grow with our team. Training and advancement opportunities available.\n
What are we looking for\n\nA minimum of two years of experience in audio visual, paging, IT, or related industry.\nProficient in the installation and setup of audio-visual systems, paging systems, and components, including displays, projectors, sound systems, constant voltage paging systems, and other audio-visual equipment.\nExperience in troubleshooting and servicing analog and digital AV \/ PA systems a plus.\nExperience working with and setting up IP networks a plus.\nExperience working on construction sites, following safety protocols, and working with hand and power tools. (OSHA Certification a plus)\nExcellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills in dealing with clients and management.\nAbility to think on your feet, problem-solve, and learn quickly.\nGreat time management skills\nA clean valid driver's license (daily travel to customer sites and occasional extended travel required)\nAbility to lift at least 50 pounds.\nCertifications including CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I or other relevant industry qualification is a plus.\n\n
