**Your Role**
You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on various product issues, and contribute to projects. This is an opportunity to grow your technical skill-set in a supportive learning environment while working closely with nearly every internal and external facet of the business.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Resolveproblems in response to customer/system reported incidents via troubletickets
+ Identifyand break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches
+ Evaluate,diagnose, research, analyse and provide solutions to problems encountered
+ Setupand configure requests together with customer(s)
+ Makechanges to existing setups based on customer description
+ Collaboratewith other teams on projects for new technology initiatives anddeployments and provide management with feedback about areas of technicalconcern for associates and frequently encountered problems
+ Updateskill set by keeping up with technology changes and industry trends
+ Attendtrainings in accordance to professional development plan
+ Shift work is required
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Strong ability to analyse and solvetechnical problems
+ Ability to learn fast and becomeproficient with unfamiliar systems
+ Ability to interact with different countries,cultures, clients (internal and external)
+ Good communication / presentation skills
+ Excellent English language skills, bothwritten and spoken
+ Technical Support experience or ITexperience is strongly desired
+ Readiness and availability to work in shifts
