The Business Analyst works closely with the stakeholders, technical team, and SMEs to lead and facilitate discussions to understand the client's needs, ask clarifying questions, discuss alternative scenarios, and turn them into requirements for system integrations. Once the requirements are captured, the Integration Technical Analyst will work closely with product owners, project managers, development managers, and technical leads to help design and develop a solution to meet the client's requirements. This role will support the growth and integration of business lines and technology and will work within a variety of applications (ERP/CRM, middleware (iPaaS), and proprietary custom applications) in a collaborative role to manage, support and extend these systems.
To be successful as a Integration Technical Analyst , you should be a self-driven and curious person with great attention to detail along with strong verbal and written communication skills as a priority. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software systems, databases, data integrations and client-side technology, augmented with solid, logical systems thinking. More importantly, one must have an interest in problem-solving, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ultimately, working as a Integration Technical Analyst, you will learn to quickly break down and understand varying business and technical processes, help to identify gaps or areas for improvement in those processes, and then work with Product Owners and Analysts to translate those into requirements via visual and written documentation. Because our clients span a wide range of internal organizational styles, no two projects are the same, and Integration Technical Analyst s bridge the gap between operational and development resources.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Experience in working with Application integration teams is requiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or related work experienceExperience with middleware like SnapLogic, Boomi, MuleSoft etc. is preferredExperience with Oracle, SQL, MS SQL or equivalent relational database Experience using Jira or equivalent software planning systemAssess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder/requester needsKnowledge and experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and/or Snaplogic a plusGeneral understanding of Sprint organization and planningExperience in process design, including developing and executing process improvementsOther Requirements:
