Job Description We are seeking a motivated Integration & Test Engineer to join our dynamic Systems Engineering team. In this role, you will support the Integration and Test on an electronic warfare program. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for integrating software and hardware on actual systems. Responsibilities: + Will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems + Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal + Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints + Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications + Able to integrate software and hardware, validate and verify software changes, and perform system updates + Will be hands-on with lab systems and tactical radar systems Qualifications: + HW/SW Integration or I&T experience + Testing and Troubleshooting experience + C++ /MATLAB/Python desired + Radar or EW experience (preferred not required) + Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Syracuse,NY.
