This role will ensure seamless data exchange between internal systems, external partners, and key stakeholders to enhance supply chain, finance, and operations workflows. If you are passionate about building new capabilities and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, this opportunity is tailor-made for you! **Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:** + Lead EDI implementation and integration efforts across D365 and other business systems. + Design, develop, and maintain system integrations, APIs, and data flows to optimize business processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, to define integration requirements. + Manage third-party integration providers and ensure adherence to industry standards. + Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. + Drive continuous improvements in integration strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency. **Qualifications:** The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in integration management, with a focus on EDI and ERP systems (preferably D365). + Strong knowledge of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT), API management, and middleware platforms. + Experience with supply chain, finance, or operations processes in a CPG or manufacturing environment is a plus. + Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, IBM VAN, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, or similar tools. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and support of D365 within the organization + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. + Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and readily adapt to change. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. + Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. **What We Give:** + 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options). + A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage. + A generous PTO and sick policy that includes 13+ paid annual holidays. + Wellness classes (fitness, mental health, nutrition, finance, etc.). + An Employee Assistance Program, including membership for guided meditation for all employees. + Monthly tech and wellness reimbursement. + An infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for endless hydration! **Work Environment:** Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $110,700 - $166,100 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
