MRC Global serves the oil and gas industry across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors as well as the chemical and gas distribution market sectors worldwide. **Job Purpose:** Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes. + Manage & coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects; + Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities; + Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis; + Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities; + Follow-up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on-time; + Monitor performance of project post-implementation; + Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned; + Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others; report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately. **Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements:** Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered + High school diploma plus two year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years experience in a business office; + Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product; and the ability to learn MRC specific software; + Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support; + Demonstrate excellent customer service; + 50% travel required. **Additional Qualifications:** + Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status; + Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries; + Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines. **Working Conditions:** For position-specific details regarding the physical and mental demands and working conditions, contact Human Resources.
