Integrity Engineer
Our client is a leader in the energy sector and is currently seeking an Integrity Engineer to join their team of experts. This position plays a crucial role within the Technical Services team, focusing on managing and controlling Integrity Management and Risk-Based Inspection processes. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's commitment to operational excellence and innovation in the energy industry.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control the Integrity Management / Risk-Based Inspection processes Ensure compliance with technical and data quality standards Oversee inspection processes throughout the lifecycle


Skills, Experience & Education:

IEng Professional Engineer status (or working towards) registered with the Engineering Council UK Degree in Mechanical Engineering ASME Qualification covering Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) Experience in Asset Integrity Management program development and implementation Extensive experience in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemicals Industries Project Engineering and Maintenance experience in petroleum and gas industries Knowledge of inspection principles, frequencies, equipment damage mechanisms, and inspection techniques Proficiency in Asset Integrity Software (e.g., Predix) and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective technical report writing and presentation skills Familiarity with TEMA, ASME, API, ASTM, and AISI codes Knowledge of corrosion, metallurgy, materials of construction, welding procedures, refractory selection, and application procedures Experience with Contracts management
