Your role and responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support Head of Integrity with the coordination and implementation of the BA Compliance program, to ensure its consistency and effectiveness within EL. The role will work closely with members of the Integrity team to ensure development, coordination and implementation of the key elements of the integrity program across the global operations of EL. The role is to support in the culture transformation and standardization on the program elements, however ensuring local awareness and understanding and defining key metrics to measure effective implementation.General and Specific Role & Responsibilities:•Support the development, coordination and implementation of the EL Integrity Program, coordinating with the Legal and Integrity team and other stakeholders within the BA to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the business•Design, oversee, and implement strategic communications plan on how to effectively drive engagement across all stakeholder groups within the BA•Collaborate with the Legal and Integrity team to develop localized change initiatives taking into consideration local cultures and norms to ensure effective understanding and implementation•Monitor compliance related operational activities to identify areas for improvement, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies•Lead and manage global projects, related to compliance initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively across all divisions, coordinating with other members of the Legal and Integrity team•Monitor and report on the progress of compliance and change initiatives, providing regular updates and recommending adjustments where necessary.•Monitor and review interval Voice of the Employee (such as employee surveys etc) to identify areas that require remediation actions to enhance the culture. •Identify and implement integrity best practices within EL.

Qualifications for the role

Strong integrity and compliance background working in Project and Change management and communications Strong leader influencing skillsExperience on organizational design, business transformation, and process improvementMinimum 15 years of relevant working experienceProven in depth change management and project management skills, incl. familiarity with compliance management systems, training/learning, and managing end to end change in complex projects with the ability to effectively work across teams and to build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholder groups. Excellent communication, change management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to internal and external stakeholdersProven experience in implementing change and culture programs to build and elevate a sustainable integrity cultureHigh level of attention to detail and highly organized Independent personal character and a strong sense of integrity.International experience and additional certificates such as PROSCI, ADKAR are considered added value.Fluency (or native tongue) in English required, additional languages a bonus,some travel may be required.
