Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a remote Advocacy Manager to represent Intel!

The Advocacy Manager is the creative and educational powerhouse behind the Intel® Retail Edge Program. This role is responsible for developing high-impact multimedia content, leading retail training initiatives, and amplifying the voice of the Intel Promoter Program through community engagement. With a strong emphasis on content creation and training delivery, the Advocacy Manager drives field team readiness, client satisfaction, and program awareness.

Part educator, part producer, and part on-air host, this position requires someone who can move seamlessly between scripting a training video, leading a webinar, collaborating with partners, and engaging directly with community members.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Media Production

Develop and produce high-impact training videos, marketing content, and live/on-demand segments

Script, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand tone and campaign goals

Serve as on-air talent for Edge Crew productions, webcasts, and podcasts; support other talent as needed

Create weekly and monthly communication assets (e.g., newsletters, Circuit Board agendas, retail sales video briefs)

Training & Development

Lead training for the Intel Promoter team through online webinars, virtual classrooms, and in-person sessions

Develop training programs and set monthly learning goals for field representatives

Collect and incorporate feedback from the field to enhance training content and delivery

Support retail training alignment with Intel and OEM partner initiatives

Advocacy & Community Engagement

Act as a content-driven advocate for the Intel Retail Edge Program within the field and online community

Host virtual training sessions and partner-facing webinars; support live and in-person event coverage

Engage with community members to drive retention, resolve escalations, and support overall satisfaction

Client & Partner Collaboration

Liaise with Intel stakeholders, retail partners, and OEMs to ensure content and messaging align with strategic objectives

Gather field team insights, feedback, and media to shape authentic, results-focused campaign recaps

Manage campaign performance insights and communicate ROI to clients and internal teams

Program Marketing & Operational Support

Oversee content for product promotions, including reward descriptions, photo editing, and campaign graphics

Manage assets within digital libraries; assist with logistical coordination for client equipment and marketing materials

Collaborate with external vendors and warehouse partners to support reward delivery and campaign execution

Qualifications:

Content Creation: Proficient in video production, including scripting, filming, editing (Adobe Suite preferred), and graphic design

Training Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, design, and deliver engaging training in-person and online

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable acting as an on-camera personality

Marketing Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing, training, or media production roles, ideally in retail, tech, or B2B

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Project Management: Strong multitasking, time management, and detail orientation under tight deadlines

Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a knack for turning challenges into content and training opportunities

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Media Production, or a related field

Certifications in digital marketing, instructional design, or content production a plus
