Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a driven Trademarks Paralegal to join the growing Commercial team of a well-established London Law firm in their central London office on a full-time office.
Renowned for its values-based approach & global reach advising on matters across the Financial, Property, Employment and Media industries. The firm are committed to offering a high standard to its clientele whilst staying at the forefront of digital advances. They look after staff, with many employees with over 10 years of service.

You will support at Partner level alongside two other Paralegals.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Supporting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications Filing of oppositions and offering relevant advice Following up on progress of trademark applications Drafting assignment documentation Producing relevant letters of trade mark applications Proactively completing IP searches Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys Liaising with clients regularly over the phone and via email Researching of IP Legislation Ad Hoc administrative duties for the wider team

About You

You may have worked in a similar position for two years or more and are looking to join a larger practice and learn from a leader in the Trademarks sector.

CITMA Qualification is highly desirable 2 years + experience in Trademarks Practice A driven outgoing nature Happy working within a team Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail. Adaptable communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
