CACI is looking for an Intelligence Analyst for Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) customer support in Tampa, FL.
The Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) Intelligence Analyst will provide critical support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and intelligence communities by conducting comprehensive exploitation, analysis, and targeting operations. This role requires expertise in all-source analysis, identity intelligence, and counter-weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) analysis. The candidate will coordinate exploitation operations with OCONUS labs and strategically advise high-ranking stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Support Special Operations Forces and intelligence communities with CEM analysis and targeting operations through detailed data analysis.
• Conduct all-source analysis, exploitation operations, and identity intelligence to support mission requirements.
• Serve as the focal point for CEM exploitation operations within the Combatant Command (CCMD), refining processes and coordinating interagency exploitation efforts.
• Lead the technical integration of data science to enhance intelligence operations and provide actionable intelligence.
• Deploy software applications across multiple classification domains to facilitate exploitation analysis.
• Coordinate with OCONUS labs for the acquisition, analysis, and distribution of CEM products.
• Develop and lead strategic outreach with external stakeholders, including Theatre Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and U.S. government agencies.
• Strategically advise and communicate with high-ranking partner nation teams regarding data analytics to facilitate kinetic and non-kinetic operations.
• Collaborate with cultural and stakeholder SMEs to enhance interpersonal communications between U.S. forces and foreign key leaders.
• Utilize industry-standard methodologies to analyze civil environments and considerations to support operations.

• High proficiency in data science integration, deploying tools, and software applications to support analysis across various domains.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to direct technical teams and strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of identity intelligence, all-source analysis, and civil environment considerations.
• Ability to effectively work with cultural subject matter experts to build bridges between diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking to drive outreach initiatives with Theatre Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and other partners.
• Experience balancing technical and soft skills to refine and optimize CEM exploitation processes.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
