Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.ResponsibilitiesEmbed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needsProvide desk-side training to analystsTrain analysts/operators in a classroom settingStaff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issuesProvide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about productRequirementsActive DoD Top Secret SCIExperience with Palantir GothamExperience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operationsPrior experience with Palantir Gotham required and additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerAbility to travel domestically and internationally 75-100% of the time, if neededAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong knowledge of ExcelMilitary/Special Operations experience is a plusAdditional Information
