Intelligence Operations Integrator (OCONUS)

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems. Core Responsibilities Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs Provide desk-side training to analysts Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues Provide timely feedback to the Palantir engineering team located CONUS and OCONUS about product What We Value Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.) Excellent and timely written/oral communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time, if needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Excel Military/Special Operations experience, specifically in SOCAF or other experience in Africa, is preferred What We Require U.S. citizenship TS + SCI clearance level
