INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-13/Band 3 level and provides technical advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to an assigned area(s) on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, technical or military conditions for one or more foreign counties for the COMPACFLT MILITARY INTEL PROGRAM. Responsibilities You will utilize information capabilities to develop situational awareness and assist in Course of Action development for deliberate and crisis planning. You will utilize technical expertise in the electromagnetic spectrum to support maritime operational planning and execution. You will collaborate with the national IC, United Stated IndoPacific Command (INDOPACOM), INDOPACOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Cyber Mission Forces and Fleet Cyber Command/Joint Force Cyber HQ. You will perform intelligence analysis and production tasks supporting steady state and contingency operations in support of TJFMCC MOC. You will coordinate across the MOC and Maritime Headquarters staff to continually improve support to the commander's daily battle rhythm. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Evaluate existing intelligence information and produce products that assist the commander in developing situational awareness of the information environment relevant to maritime and joint operations; 2. Develop concepts, approaches and strategies to support command and fleet tasking and mission execution of operations in the information environment related efforts; AND 3. Ensure all-source collection strategy are in place to assist in planning, executing and assessing Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and countering adversary intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting (C-ISRT) efforts.
