As an Intelligent Automation  - Associate in our MIS and Platforms team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Process Automation using automation tools, workflow systems, AI/ML and other technologies Analyze business process, Identify Process Automation opportunities and recommend technical approach. Identify key data sources that can make business impacts.  Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions. Design and develop data mining queries from large data sets (Both Structured and Unstructured) Proficiently utilize visualization tools Employs scalable automation solutions for faster and robust data preparation

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance. Strong proficiency of Intelligent Process Automation concepts and Business Intelligence  Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise. Experienced on Automation tools like UI Path, Alteryx  Experience dealing with large structured and unstructured data .  Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science Computer Science, or Engineering.  Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Automation and Analytics is acceptable.  Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Data/Process related Automation  Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Exposure to ETL tools like SSIS. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for deployment is a plus Preferred data querying skills on  SQL  (Snowflake, Databricks,S3 oriented file objects) and  Python  Experience in  model development using Machine Learning techniques [Data Analysis /Model Tuning/OCR Document process] and LLM is a plus.
