General Summary:

Qualcomm IT is seeking a RPA Developer for Intelligent Automation Center (IAC)

Responsibilities include:
• Design and build Intelligent Automation solutions spanning various functional domains using RPA platoform and AI/ML based Cognitve Solutions & Services using Automation Anywhere and Python
• Configuration and maintenance of Bots through version control
• Work closely with Business in understanding the functional requirements and provide solution design & architecture
• Develop domain expertise across the functions for enabling IAC expansion
• Establish standard design principles and architecture patterns and ensure the solutions are built in accordance with standards
• Comply with and helps in ensuring development, coding standards, policies and procedures are followed
• Build a catalog of reusable components for scalability
• Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet defined requirements
• Develop efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles
• Create and maintain documentation related to RPA Projects: Process Mapping, value tracking, business requirements, functional & technical specifications, proposals, go-live release notes, deployment package, checklist and administration
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing and develop reusable test cases
• Work collaboratively with test teams for supporting Product testing and UAT
• Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improve skills in automation products through certifications
• Train and coach team members on RPA technologies
• Work in a team environment with developers and functional users
• Work independently with minimal supervison and good team management skills 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Provide timely status on assignments, planned activities, issues, and dependencies.

'• Good knowledge on RPA Process and Automation Anywhere Tool.
• High level understanding of Process Mining and ChatBots
• Hands-on programming experience on RPA and related technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

'• Good understanding of Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation methodologies and associated tools & technologies
• Knowledge of ChatBot technologies and implementation expereience using Microsoft Azure Services and Power Platform
• Experience in business process diagrams and process flow charts with Automation Anywhere
• Certification in Industry Leading Robotic Automation products is a plus.
• Experience in identifying the right processes for Automation and providing estimates for implementations
• Programming concepts and coding background in C#
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts and writing SQL queries
• Expereience in Cloud (preferrably AWS) and certifications is a plus
• Experience in Agile development using standard tools like Jira
