**Job Summary**
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects. Provide mentoring to junior team members.
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
+ Design, develop, implement and support intelligent automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
+ Participate in the end-to-end automation project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support.
+ Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
+ Develop automations that can leverage UIs, APIs, database connections, etc. to enhance automation capabilities and facilitate seamless information exchange between systems.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to business team members.
+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and integrate them into the program.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation platforms.
+ Provide direction and guidance on developing documentation for automation solutions, governance standards and best practices.
**Nature and Scope**
+ Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
+ Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
+ May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
**Work Environment**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Education and Experience**
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on automation technologies.
+ Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. UiPath and Power Automate experience is preferred.
+ Strong understanding of various automation technologies, including AI, machine learning, and workflow automation.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and VB.NET.
+ Extensive experience in API development and integration.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
**Preferred Skills** :
+ Experience with interacting with applications using APIs and database connections.
+ Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps and git.
+ Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI or similar.
+ Domain knowledge of Finance vertical.
