Our Cuyahoga County team is seeking full-time Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapists to join our collaborative and supportive environment. IHBT is an evidence-based model that provides in-home mental health services to youth with serious emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them thrive within their families and communities. Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans. + Provide in-home therapy sessions, including individual and family. + Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and skill-building techniques. + Collaborate with families, schools, and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive support. + Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. + Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
