Overview We are seeking anIntensive Outpatient Program Coordinator,sometimes referred to as a Social Worker II or IOP Coordinator in our partial hospitalization program (PHP) within our psychiatric unit. The IOP Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation, clinical oversight, and administrative management of the Intensive Outpatient Program. This role blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, coordinated mental health care for patients transitioning from higher levels of care or requiring structured support while remaining in the community, accountable to the Director of Medical Group Operations. Bonus Options:up to $10,000 Employment Type:Full Time Shifts Available:Days(No weekends) Hours:8hr shift – 8:00am to 5:00pm Location:Pampa Regional Medical Center - Pampa, TX Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare: + Health, dental, and vision insurance options + Paid vacation, sick time and holidays + Bereavement leave, FMLA and other leave options + Employer 401K options + Tuition reimbursement options + Life, disability, and other insurance options + Many other amazing benefits Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): + Provide clinical and administrative leadershipfor the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), overseeing daily operations, ensuring evidence-based care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards + Plan, organize, and guide IOP operationsto ensure effective delivery of business services and continuous quality improvement + Supervise and support multidisciplinary staff, including therapists and case managers, through regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations + Maintain program operations within budgetary parameters, optimizing resources and ensuring fiscal responsibility + Foster professional communicationwith patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams while upholding high standards of business conduct + Manage day-to-day personnel functions, including staffing, credentialing, scheduling, evaluations, and compliance with regulatory guidelines under the direction of the Director of Medical Group Operations and Integrations + Monitor program outcomes and documentation,ensuring timely, accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives and performance reporting Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
