YOUR ROLE Ensure timely recording of all automated/manual transactions in the European Union (EU) /North America (NA)
Analyze and resolve technical/system errors, identify root causes, and provide solutions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with local finance and business teams to ensure accurate recording and quality checks for all transactions
Process all automated postings within the same month, maintain technical setup, and make corrections as needed
Monitor, reconcile, and analyze items during day one (1) after month-end to ensure timely billing release
Conduct quality checks during SAP releases and communicate any issues encountered
Collaborate with process experts and team leads to drive continuous improvement within the process YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any business course; CPA License is an advantage
Preferably with at least one (1) year of work experience in Accounts Payable, Process to Pay, or Intercompany process; obtained from a multinational or shared service center (SSC) working environment is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge in MS Office applications; Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantage
Analytical skills and project management background is required; Experience with Continuous Improvement is highly preferred
Excellent English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholders
Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM)
