We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Intercompany Controller to oversee the management and transfer of intercompany activities, including contracts, agreements, invoicing, and accounts payables/receivables across Group entities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting withholding tax documentation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Group Legal, Group Tax, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Intercompany Agreement and Contract Management:
Conduct annual reviews and updates of remuneration appendices for intra-group agreements. Maintain and update Management Services Agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of contracts in the database (SharePoint). Collaborate with Legal and Tax to implement and update intercompany agreements. Manage separate contracts with Joint Ventures (JVs), ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Invoicing and AR/AP Oversight:
Oversee intercompany invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with existing contracts. Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre for timely and accurate invoicing of intercompany contracts. Manage the "good to pay" process, ensuring prompt payment and compliance with payment terms. Monitor aged balances, escalating issues as needed, and provide quarterly reporting on Accounts Payables/Receivables.Compliance and Documentation:
Respond to bank queries related to payments, collaborating with the Treasury Team for accurate and timely documentation. Manage Withholding Tax (WHT) documentation to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Oversee the management of Tax Residence Certificates (TRC) and Beneficial Owner Statements to reduce or avoid tax withholding on international transfers.Expense Report Management:
Review and control expense reports for CEO direct reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage delegation requests during absences and oversee receipts and documentation for all expenses.Communication:
Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding updates to intercompany agreements. Maintain alignment with financial policies and intercompany agreements. Escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Global Coordination: Oversee intercompany activities across multiple regions, managing varying regulatory environments.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in intercompany transactions, general accounting, controlling, or a related role. Strong academic background in Economics and/or Finance. Experience in an international company with knowledge of intercompany flows. Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Strong understanding of contract management and intra-group agreements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is advantageous. Ability to manage deadlines under pressure and deliver results.
