Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). This position is located at the .National Ground Intelligence Center, Science and Technology Directorate, Emerging and Disruptive Tech Division, Charlottesville, VA 22911. Responsibilities Serves as a branch chief in the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Division, with responsibility for planning, directing, controlling and evaluating resources for intelligence production. Position requires significant judgement and ingenuity to integrate a wide variety of specialized analytical functions. Plans both ongoing work and special projects, effectively utilizing employee skills and branch resources to accomplish projects. Reviews work for technical adequacy, adherence to policy and accomplishment of program objectives. Determines priorities and develops plans to implement complex projects. Work requires frequent contact within an extensive service and customer network outside of NGIC.
