Summary About the Position: Serves as a project manager responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, design, construction, and direction of assigned Corps of Engineers Military/Support for Others (SFO) projects for the DoD and non-DoD agencies. Responsibilities Implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the program. Manages project milestones and budgets from initial studies through construction and initial operations. Reconciles sponsor/customer concerns, and assures that all participating parties are informed of project progress, issues and impacts. Establishes responsibilities and sets expectations; controls and manages assigned projects. Coordinates the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations, etc., for Military/SFO projects.
