We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Interest Rate Transfer Pricing –IRRBB, Vice President.

Principal responsibilities

Working within the Global Treasury IRRBB team, reporting to the Global Head of Interest Rate Transfer Pricing, the role holder will provide support on all ITP related activities, including methodology, processes, and transformation projects, to shape and develop the Global ITP framework and whilst providing day-to-day leadership, and harnessing support from Global Treasury and other Businesses colleagues.The role holder will combine strong subject matter expertise in IRRBB and ITP topics, together with good experience and understanding of driving best practice and delivery of ITP business objectives.Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Global Treasury Function, IRRBB, and Strategy, Execution and Controls to understand and define a consistent and comprehensive ITP framework and work to continually to enhance the ITP methodology, procedures and governance.Act as a trusted ITP advisor to senior management and provide technical input in to treasury focused change projects and to participate in working groups as appropriate.Responsible for ensuring that any treasury queries or investigations are addressed appropriately on a timely basis, providing strong technical knowledge and recognised as a value add ITP SMEApply commercial acumen to ITP analysis and provide IRRBB focused recommendations to leverage opportunities for improvement and mitigate identified risksProviding support to the Global Head of Interest Rate Transfer Pricing to ensure the business operates with the guardrails of the agreed risk appetite and in full compliance with all Group and Regulatory requirements, working closely with Risk, Control and Compliance functions.Ensuring Treasury management are kept informed of all key financial / non-financial issues / developments impacting the business by way of acting as a key point of escalation and if required, play a critical part in any subsequent remediation efforts.
