Interim Coordinator, Hilton Worldwide Sales - Asia Pacific (6 months' contract)

We are looking for an Interim Coordinator to join our Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) – Asia Pacific (APAC) team.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n\nReview and revamp / create HWS communications and special event templates\nOrganize and execute HWS APAC webinars and meetings such as internal / hotel facing\nCreate and update Hilton Lobby Page for ad-hoc projects or communications-related tasks\nPlan and executive communications plan for HWS APAC events \nWork with team to review and create creative works and develop standard operating procedures for HWS and Support\n\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nFresh graduates, final-year students may be considered\nProficient in MS Office suites\nStrong organization and communication skills\nInterest in sales, communications, stakeholder management and sales processes in the hospitality industry\n\n
