Cerrowire has an exciting job opportunity for an Interim HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team located in Crothersville, Indiana! This is an approximately 3-month contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of human resources functions, including interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations. You will utilize your expertise in Workday, ADP, and E-Time systems to manage HR processes efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of human resource best practices. Position Responsibilities:

Provide general HR support, including maintaining employee files, updating HR records, managing leaves of absence, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Lead new employee orientation and onboarding processes, including conducting interviews, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and providing necessary training and information about company policies, benefits, and culture.

Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, and eTime to manage employee records, process payroll, track attendance, and generate HR reports as needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2 years of Human Resource experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field

SHRM certification (Society for Human Resource Management)

Experience with Workday HRIS

Knowledge of ADP Payroll and eTime Timekeeping system

Summary Pay Range: $25.00 -$35.00 per hour.
