As the Interim IS Cyber Security Manager Consultant, you will:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a strong information security program and infrastructure including network access and monitoring policies to include identification, protection, detection, response and recovery
Manages the activities of information systems cyber security department
Provides management oversight to department
Participates as a member of the IS leadership team to achieve business goals, quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
Practices with legal, ethical, and professional boundaries
Manages the finances, contracts and budget of the I/S and Cyber Security Department
Manages the cyber security team and associated cyber security activities
Responsible for financial performance of the cyber security department
Recommends additional functionality and tools that will improve the cyber security posture of the organization and minimize risks
Utilizes general industry knowledge and professional experience in the application of concepts, technical capabilities, interactions with other aspects of information systems and leadership experience to perform varied tasks
Represents defined functions and duties as a member of the IS senior leadership team
Interacts at all levels and all areas of the organization as it relates to cyber security activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Three (3) years with Supervisory experience in networking security, application security, security products and technologies, security engineering, networking protocols, security analysis and investigations; or risk assessment and management
Willingness and ability to travel weekly when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
Authorization to work in the United States
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
Preferences:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
Previous consulting experience
