The position reports into the Snr Manager of Product Development. The product is developed, produced and received based on the standards and goals established in cooperation with the Design/ Merchandise department. **Key Responsibilities** Liaise with Design for initial sourcing initiatives with the objective to foster innovation and to ensure competitive price points Collaborate with Buying offices and mills in regions to identify new fabric and trim-trends and ensure mills are briefed on new development requests Advise Design during development process regarding cost implications and provide call-outs regarding quality risks to the product Responsible for product management throughout the development process, by attending key meetings and advising on possible improvements of product and margins , and signing off (pre-production) samples Collaborate with merchandising to set target FOB prices with the objective to achieve margins + Negotiate FOB prices with Buying Offices throughout the development and production process, ensuring margins are maintained for actual order quantities + Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data in PLM (eg creating and updating BOMs, updating prices), by continuously updating the system + Send vendor requests for protos and SMS to vendors, elaborate on requests during handover (on site) using technical packs, sketches, and measurement charts, assist / monitor vendors during Proto and SMS production, and manage escalation of issues. + Involved in risk assessment, collaborating with Regional offices and Product Improvement Teams regarding any quality issues + Provide analyzes and reporting on KPIs related to product development (eg margins, vendor performance, season evaluation) + Expedite and follow-up on Proto and SMS deliveries. **The Ideal Candidate:** + 4+ years working experience in development/sourcing/production in soft woven product or shirting categories/Womenswear preferred. + Graduated at a degree level or equivalent + Team player with strong work ethics + Used to working under pressure with tight deadlines + Solid knowledge of garment specifications, fabric knowledge, sourcing, technical garment specifications. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in written and spoken English are a must + Comfortable speaking in group environments + Willingness to travel if situations allow. **Your Wellbeing is Our Priority** In the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein. + **How we support you:**  choose the hybrid setup and working hours that suit you, in addition to meeting-free Fridays, work from anywhere 4 weeks a year, 25 days of paid holidays, mental health days, parental leave, home office allowance, commuting allowances, employee assistance programs, and pension schemes + **Wellbeing:**  exclusive onsite gym and fitness classes, personal training, meditation studio, sports clubs, in-house physio, and receive access to our nutritional and wellbeing programs + **Campus:**  extensive food and beverage offerings, top-notch restaurant, barista coffee bars, sky bar, monthly social events, weekly Thursday drinks, game nights, and campus-themed activities that will keep your social life busy + **Develop your career:** whether you lead a team or contribute your own expertise, everyone is a leader at PVH.
