Interim -Program Manager, Roseland Home Visiting and Doula

Responsible for the management of a Roseland Home Visiting and Doulas team within Pregnancy and Parenting Programs, which includes recruiting, training, coaching, and administrative supervision of program staff. 2. Provide support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members, supporting their ongoing growth and development. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of Doulas' and Home Visitors' performance and client satisfaction. 3. Align team's program retention, recruitment outcomes, and deliverables with funders' requirements. 4. Exercise sound judgment and consult with the supervisory chain and agency legal team in situations that may pose risks to the agency. Proactively address conflicts with clients and staff to uphold organizational integrity. 5. In partnership with Program Excellence director and the Program Director, Pregnancy and Parenting, review statistical data to ensure quality service provisions and identify areas for program improvement. 6. Maintain a flexible schedule to adapt to programmatic needs and ensure operational efficiency, including working weekends. 7. In partnership with other Pregnancy and Parenting leaders, ensure home visitors are equipped to effectively implement evidence-based curriculum during home visits. 8. Ensure doulas are equipped to provide high-quality and expert emotional, and physical support to participants during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. 9. Develop and facilitate participant group activities in collaboration with doulas and home visitors, to support community-building, learning, and engagement. 10. Stay current and share knowledge of research, trends, and developments in maternal health and childbirth support, incorporating evidence-based practices into program activities. 11. In partnership with Program Director, Pregnancy and Parenting and peers in the program group, foster meaningful outreach with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of the program, promote maternal health equity, and optimize service delivery. Work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and nurses cultivate partnerships to broaden program reach and impact within the community. 12. Partner with the Program Director, Pregnancy and Parenting and the Finance team to ensure fiscal integrity and oversee program budget planning, monitoring, and expense management for this Roseland Home Visitors and Doulas team. 13. Allocate financial resources efficiently to maximize program effectiveness and sustainability for this Roseland Home Visitors and Doulas team. 14. Maintain accurate and timely monthly reporting of program statistical data for strategic planning and informed decision-making for this Roseland Home Visiting and Doulas team. Collaborate with Institutional Advancement team and the Program Director, Pregnancy and Parenting to prepare and submit proposals and reports as required for this program. 15. Ensure team maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and database entries by organizational and regulatory professional standards and requirements.
