**Please note this in a full-time INTERIM role that will last approx. 6 months

This person will be working East Coast hours (location preference of - Mid Atlantic, South and/or Chicago due to travel)

As a member of the Topgolf Callaway Brands Global Security Team, the Regional Business Partner is responsible for driving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and shrink results. Regional Business Partners are responsible for leading Profit Protection functions within a geographical location and for collaborating with Operations and Human Resources to prevent company loss through shrink reduction programs, training and awareness programs, new store build outs, security system design and functionality, and support for the store and venue teams are within scope of this role.  This is a new role within the Company and provides an opportunity for someone to come in and help build out the Company’s profit protection program while keeping each brand’s customer experience in the forefront.  The Regional Business Partner, Retail Security/Profit Protection reports to the Senior Manager of Retail Security/Profit Protection.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for working with retail and Topgolf venue leadership and the Security Leadership to implement and maintain physical security and profit protection shortage control and awareness programsAssist in development, updating and maintaining security related SOPs, policies and emergency response plansManage risk mitigation programs for all team members and customers at all retail and venue locations in assigned regionAssist with creation, execution and rollout of security plan for high profile venue buyouts or concerts on the greenAudits key components of the business, e.g., exception-based reporting, venue security, shrink (retail loss) and hospitality/food & beverage loss, prepares key reports for leadership to conduct investigations within the organizationGather and maintain database of statistics across the overall operation via manual and approved software base methodsSupport Senior Managers of Global Security Operations and Venue Security on matters pertaining to their respective areas or workAssist in scheduling security labor and management of security budget along with ensuring that security vendors perform against established service level agreementsTrain and develop associates on awareness programs, including method of delivery that is effective for the program and the operations.Responsible for setting up security systems and protocols for new and existing locations, including review of policies and procedures, training and awareness, physical site assessments, and local emergency response programs.Manage the implementation of programs designed to protect Company assets from loss due to internal/external theft, fraud, and unsafe practices.Identify cash and fraud loss trends throughout the organization, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up to all loss issues.Coordinate investigations and reported incidents by gathering evidence for unlawful activity, incident investigations and breaches of Company Policy & Procedure.Design emergency protocols and support venue/store and regional management with training needs for employees.Partner with Operations on the design and implementation of loss prevention policies that lessen loss, protect Company assets, promote team member safety, and enhance the customer experienceDevelop a site assessment and metrics program to evaluate location compliance and determine effectiveness of programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 7 or more years of experience in profit protection, asset protection or loss prevention with exposure to supply chain/logistics securityInterview/Interrogation training and practical skills (Wicklander-Zulawski certification required)Multi location experience requiredExperience leading efforts on profit protection, asset protection or loss prevention programsExperience traveling and working outside the US preferred
