Conduct comprehensive studies to optimize space design and functionality, ensuring efficient use of all areas. Collaborate with stakeholders—including faculty, administration, and external partners—to define project requirements and objectives. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall campus operations. Ensure all interior designs and renovations adhere to established branding guidelines of CIIT Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure that project outcomes reflect and reinforce the institution’s identity. Coordinate the presentation and setup of newly designed spaces, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the ongoing upkeep of spaces and compliance with established quality standards. Ensure design solutions align with operational requirements and practical use of spaces. Evaluate and recommend modifications to enhance functionality while staying within budget constraints. Oversee all phases of interior projects, from initial planning and design, costing, approval, mobilization, final completion, evaluation and turnover. Coordinate efforts among contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. Request budget and coordinate with the finance department Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, hardware, and fixtures relevant to interior design projects. Understand installation and construction methodologies to facilitate effective communication with clients and contractors. Manage the procurement process for renovation materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and securing necessary approvals.
