Overview This position is open to a student who is interested in a summer internship. Will strongly condsider a post grad (Dec 2024 and May 2025) that would be interested in working as an intern. POSITION SUMMARY: The interior design intern will provide support to Interior Design Coordinator. Maintain design resource library and finish binders. Participate in client site visits. Attend design review meetings and internal team meetings. Processing sample orders and returns. Assist in FF&E selection as needed. Participate in drafting finish plans as needed. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Recent graduate who completed undergraduate program in interior design or closely related OR a current student attending college/univeristy in progress of an undgraduate degree in interior design or closely related field (CIDA accredited preferred). Other skills/knowledge: Experience/knowledge with using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. Show interest in healthcare design with a focus on health, safety, and welfare. Strong organizational, communication and technical skills. Ability to independently and collaboratively within team. Knowledge of working construction documents preferred. Able to multi-task.
