About the role
A globally known firm and leader in High-End Hospitality Design world is looking for a Project Manager with 10+ years of Hospitality Interior design experience. Work on the worlds most luxurious resorts, hotels, and lifestyle properties and lead a successful team!

Responsibilities:
-Manages client relationships and project execution from planning to post-occupancy evaluation.
-Leads the design process, including programming, schematic design, documentation, and furnishings selection.
-Develops and communicates project schedules, manages project team, and ensures adherence to design intent.
-Oversees project staffing, budgets, and financial stability, prioritizing quality and profitability.
-Assists in project presentations, contract negotiations, and incorporates sustainable design solutions.
-Redlines large CD sets produced by team.

Skills/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of interior architectural practice experience, including management of all project phases.
- Strong knowledge of design, construction, building systems, codes, and FF&E.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, DesignSmart, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other design tools; some Revit experience preferred.
- Must have experience managing a team to design and execute large scale hotel projects.
-Must have been a direct client contact for years
-Must have reliable transportation to Downtown Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role but you must be able to come into the office 3-4 times a week.
